Cross Another Off The List

I have just completed my 27th country visit, only three for reasons other than spreading the gospel of Par Aide.  From Australia, to Europe, to Asia, to South Africa (most recently), there is one thing I have realized.  I think that I could live in any one of them (though not with my family!).  Home is Minnesota.

Unfortunately there is a down side to travel and that is the realization that there is so much more to see, but will not be seen and experienced.  This is an amazing planet, and it really makes one wonder why so many are so prepared to spend their lives fighting, oppressing, and/or destroying when it could all be just shared and enjoyed.

If you have not traveled outside the U.S., save Mexico or Canada, give some real thought to doing so.  There are convenient and relatively inexpensive flights from most major American cities to destinations all over this globe.  For the most part, communication is workable, the food actually very good, and the people are friendly and helpful.  One warning, that first trip might open Pandora’s Box to the realization that there is so much more.
